These terms and conditions applies to the Papayas Fresh Delivery App, PapayasFresh App, PapayasFresh Business App, PapayasFresh Warehouse App (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Papayas Fresh Private Limited (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kollam, Kerala.
